OUR TEA
Our premium loose leaf tea is fair trade friendly and is supplied by members of the Ethical Tea Partnership. We only use natural flavours and many of our teas are certified organic.
If there is a tea you are interested in but don't see on our website, feel free to contact us and we can see about finding it for you.
Suggested directions:
Put one slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot/teabag.
Pour freshly boiled water over tea.
Steep for 3-7 minutes.
Add milk and/or sugar if desired.

ABOUT US
Vintage Garden Tea started at the Vintage Garden Tea Room, once located on Locke Street in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
We are a family business that began in 2001; run by a Mother and her two sons, serving premium loose leaf tea with homemade lunches and baked goods.
Mom has since retired and the Tea Room is now gone but we decided to keep selling our tea online and www.vgtea.ca was born :)

Shipping anywhere in Canada and the U.S. is a $4.99 flat rate; order $50 or more to qualify for FREE shipping (Canada & US only).
All shipping is via Canada Post regular mail and takes anywhere from a few days to a week or so depending on where you are in Canada and usually about 1-2 weeks to the United States.
